The sales team has continued to expand with Negotiator Neil Simpson, who has been with the company for six years, Jane Wade the Secretary of eleven years standing and most recently the appointment of Mark Robinson who brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the local area with fifteen years experience in the profession.

 Since its formation the firm has continued to expand with the  addition of a second office, which recently opened in the High Street.  Warwick’s son, Darren Baker who is a Chartered Surveyor and has been practicing for 15 years, runs this new office.  It  predominantly caters for residential lettings and commercial properties, as well as handling the sales of new homes. He is assisted in this office by Terry John  and Gregory Taylor on I.T.   Both offices have full facilities to offer all properties, whether to let or for sale, in order to provide clients with the widest possible marketing of their property.
