Warwick Baker Estate Agents Ltd is an independent firm of Estate Agents with over 100 years of family experience within Shoreham and its surroundings. Warwick Baker who has been practicing in the Shoreham area for over 40 years and set up his own company in 1993.

The sales office team comprises of Mark Robinson, Senior Sales Negotiator, who joined the company in 2005, Wendy Christie, Sales Negotiator in 2009 , and Imogen Mercer, Trainee Negotiator who has recently joined the company. The Sales Office secretary Jane Wade has been with the company since 1997. We have many years expertise providing advice in relation to the sale of commerical, residential and mixed use development sites.

Since its formation the company has expanded with the addition of a secord office opening in the High Street in 2005 run by Warwick's son and Chartered Surveyor Darren Baker who has been practicing for 22 years. This office predominantly caters for residential lettings and commercial properties. He is assisted in this office by Terry John Lettings Administrator joining in 2005, followed by Kerry Adams Lettings Negotiator, and more recently by Clare Horne Administration Assistant, and Nikki Pattenden Viewings and Inspection Clerk. 

Both offices have full facilities to advertise all property details, whether for sale or to let, in order to provide clients with the widest possible marketing of their property.

Both offices occupy prime positions in the centre of Shoreham. Our residential sales office is located on the corner of Western Road and Brunswick Road opposite Lloyds TSB with Shoreham main line rail station only 50 metres away. The residential letting/commercial office is situated on Shoreham High Street north side of the main A259 opposite the footbridge to the Shoreham Beach area.
